		<description>I&#039;ll join you and also weigh in on Wed.  It&#039;d be nice if I could get down a pound a week.  Today&#039;s purchases at Henry&#039;s groceries should help--radishes, squash, a great whole grain bread, soymilk, kashi cereal, peaches, grapes.
BTW--a great snack is 1/2 cup cottage cheese and red grapes mixed in.  They could make a candy bar out of these yummy mix of flavors.
